Expert Bio

Flora is an M.A. candidate and a Fellow at the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies at Georgetown University. Her current research interest focuses on borders, ethnicity and energy politics in the South Caucasus. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida.
