Full Biography
Silva is the founder of Revista Factum and Managing Editor of La Prensa Gráfica. He is a former Research Fellow for the Center for Latin American and Latino Studies, American University, Washington, DC, with 25 years of experience covering immigration, organized crime, corruption and politics in Northern Central America, including author of the book, Infiltrados, chronicling police corruption in El Salvador.
