Jean Pierre de Roux

Jean Pierre de Roux is the Commercial Director for Tropical Energies Corporation (TRENCO and serves as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce Panama (AmCham). Previously, de Roux served as trade counselor and deputy chief of mission at Panama’s Embassy in Washington, D.C. He has been extensively involved with philanthropy and volunteerism, including at the Active 20-30 Club of Panama, where he has championed initiatives supporting youth with disabilities.

De Roux holds an MBA from the INCAE Business School, a Master’s in international studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a Bachelor’s in economics from Duke University.
