Jeff Richardson

Jeff Richardson has served as the Executive Director of Mosaic Community Services (MCS) for twenty years and brings over thirty years of experience in behavioral health. He has been instrumental in Mosaic’s growth to become the largest community-based behavioral health service provider in Maryland serving over 27,000 people annually.

Richardson holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland and a master’s in business administration from Loyola University. Richardson serves on multiple nonprofits boards, state task forces, and academic positions, including The National Council for Behavioral Health, Mental Health Association of Maryland, Bon Secours Hospital, Itineris and Community Behavioral Association of Maryland.
