Full Biography
Chen Jiliang is a researcher at Greenovation Hub, a Chinese environmental NGO. He holds a bachelor degree on Environmental Science and a master degree on Environmental Management. Mr. Chen has been working on international environmental policy since 2007 and participating in the annual CCAMLR meetings since 2012.
