Full Biography
Joseph Bouchard is a Staff Intern at the Wilson Center's Canada Institute. Born in Quebec City, Joseph spent most summers in the United States, developing an early appreciation for the bilateral relationship between Canada and the United States. Prior to joining the Canada Institute, Joseph interned with the Government of Canada, the Organization of American States, the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, the Igarapé Institute, and the NATO Association of Canada. Joseph completed his B.A. in International Relations and Latin American Studies at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He is currently pursuing a Master of International Affairs at the Bush School of Government at Texas A&M University.
