Juan Jose Neyra

Juan Jose Neyra has extensive experience working for the public and private sectors in Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States. Mr. Neyra has provided technical expertise in Economics and Finance during his 30-year professional career. He has worked for the Ministry of Economics and Finance in Peru and as an International Consultant for multilateral and private organizations. He has also occupied managing positions at the Board of Directors of the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC; and also, at the largest housing fund in Peru (Mivivienda). Mr. Neyra has provided technical advice for the Presidency of Colombia from 2019 to July 2022 and is currently providing advice to the Presidency of CAF- Development Bank of Latin America. He also provides economic and financial advisory services to private companies in the LAC region and currently is advising an American start- up company developing a revolutionary system to manage containers for ports around the world.

Mr. Neyra holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and a Master’s degree in Finance from George Washington University.
