Expert Bio

Kata is a certified Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional. She has worked in the field of interior design and architecture for over 25 years. She has worked as a Senior Designer, a Project Manager and most recently as Director of Sustainability and Business Development for an architecture firm in Annapolis, Md. She is married and a mother of two adult daughters. She currently splits her time between Annapolis, Maryland and Telluride, Colorado where she enjoys skiing, hiking, and climbing.
