Expert Bio

Katelyn Rothney is a Staff Intern at  the Canada Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. She is working towards a bachelor's degree in International Relations at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Wilson Center she interned at the Canadian Embassy in the Science and Technology Office. Katelyn's scholarly interests lie in Canada-U.S. bilateral relations, U.S. foreign policy, and African Development.
