Full Biography
Kathleen Neal has worked at the intersections of commerce, customs, and trade for over 35 years. Her expertise includes global supply chains, customs regulations, and bilateral trade along and across the US-Mexico border. Before assuming her current role at Regal Beloit, Neal worked as the Trade Co-Chair for the Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and was licensed as a Customs Broker by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
