Expert Bio

Leonardo Bruni is a Research Fellow at the Department of Cultures, Politics and Society at the University of Turin, as well as Project Officer of the Torino World Affairs Institute's ChinaMed Project. He holds a dual Master's degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and Peking University. As part of previous research fellowship titled “East Asia and the Legacy of Enrica Collotti Pischel” at the Department of Legal and Historical-Political International Studies of the University of Milan, Leonardo reseached the relationship between the Italian Communist Party and the Chinese Communist Party during the final decades of the Cold War.
