Full Biography
Lucy Hale is a senior at the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, majoring in International Affairs, with concentrations in International Politics and Latin America, and minoring in Spanish. She studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the fall of 2019 while also conducting independent research on the economic and political significance of Chinese capital in Argentina. Her interests include political economy, populism and democratic governance, infrastructure development, and China-Latin America relations.
