Expert Bio

Nathaniel Oakes is the Program Coordinator for the Wilson Center Africa Program. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, he worked in the Conflict Resolution Program at the Carter Center and conducted research on Cameroon’s Anglophone Crisis with the Center for Gender, Peace, and Security, a Yaoundé-based NGO. Nathaniel holds a BA in French and International Relations from Tufts University.
