Nicolás runs and oversees all aspects of the Latin America operation, including the business development strategy, team building and management and overall client relationship. He also collaborates in global strategic initiatives.

Prior joining Globant Nicolás served as CEO & Managing Director in the Financial Services Division Accenture, leading Sales for the Hispanic South America Region. Before that, he held executive roles in world-class companies such as Citibank, Zurich, Telefónica and Korn/Ferry International. With extended studies in business and finance, he focused his career on developing business opportunities for companies throughout the region. Nicolás holds postgraduate studies in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano.
