Expert Bio
Noelle Boyd is the Program Associate for the Wilson Center Africa Program. Prior to joining the Center, she worked with a range of private sector firms and think tanks covering US-Africa, commercial diplomacy, gender, and human rights issues and advancing programmatic development including Albright Stonebridge Group (DGA Group), The Scowcroft Group, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and minor studies in Global Public Health from New York University, and an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
Originally from Washington, D.C., she is professionally fluent in French and is interested in pursuing work at the nexus of US-Africa trade, human rights, Diaspora relations, & economic progress.
