Expert Bio

Olúwádàre Kóláwolé is a human rights lawyer and good governance advocate.  He has passion for social action litigation, and he has been actively involved in public interest litigation for over 15 years, including the successful challenge of the unlawful ban of Twitter and the ill-treatment of EndSARS protesters in Nigeria, among others.  He is deputy director at the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project [SERAP], where he coordinates the advocacy and litigation programs. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University and the Lagos Business School.  He loves art and writes poetry.
