Full Biography
Pietro is Advisor to the General Director at the National Agency of Oil, Gas, and Biofuels (ANP) with almost 12 years of experience in energy regulatory framework and biofuels. He was a postdoctoral scholar at the Beddie School of Business at Simon Fraser University (SFU).
Mendes holds a PhD in Chemical Technology and Biochemical Processes from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
