Expert Bio

Robert Hammitt is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with an M.A. in International Relations and Economics. He has a concentration in Europe-Eurasian Studies, and an informal concentration in Arctic policy. He previously worked for an environmental economic consulting firm, analyzing the impact of climate and environmental change on economies and society. Robert earned his B.A. from Connecticut College in Slavic Studies, concentrating in Russian history, language, and culture.
