Expert Bio

Ms. Harrison is leading an Arctic maritime transportation stakeholder team to project maritime vessel activity trends in the U.S. Arctic out to 2030. She first joined the CMTS as a 2018 NOAA Sea Grant Knauss Fellow, managing the Arctic and science & technology interagency teams. Sarah holds a M.S. in Marine Sciences from the University of Georgia, where she studied the biogeochemical fate of oil in the marine environment.
