Today, Sherzod is a Partner at the renowned global management consulting firm Korn Ferry, where he works with Fortune 500 companies across various industries.  Leveraging his personal journey and professional expertise in navigating significant change, Sherzod guides clients through large-scale transformation projects. In addition to his consulting role, he writes a weekly column for Forbes focused on organizational change and innovation. Sherzod holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from The London School of Economics (LSE), where his award-winning research explored the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on organizational productivity and employee motivation.
