Spencer Wuest is a rising sophomore at Bowdoin College pursuing a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies. A dual citizen of Canada and the United States, he is interested in First Nation land claims in the far north—particularly in the Yukon—where he completed a month-long study in 2013. Spencer graduated from St. Paul's School in New Hampshire in 2014.
