Full Biography
Tania Tsunik is a senior at Yale College, majoring in Global Affairs, and an MPP candidate at the Yale Jackson School. Born and raised in Ukraine, she has always been interested in the development of the former Soviet republics and the politics of post-conflict reconstruction.
On campus, she has contributed to various publications, including the Yale Daily News and the Yale Review of International Studies, and worked as a research assistant, analyzing the operations of the commercial courts in Crimea before and after annexation. Over the past two summers, she interned at the Special Competitive Studies Project, focusing on possible ways to maintain U.S. technological competitiveness, and at Greenmantle, where she researched the potential impacts of global crises on macroeconomics and geopolitics.
In her free time, Tania enjoys traveling, reading Arendt and Sartre, and playing board games with friends.
