Full Biography
Tori Neal is a fall 2022 Stafford Capacity Building Intern at the Wilson Center Africa Program. She is currently completing both her bachelor's degree and master's degree in a dual enrollment format at the University of Alabama. She is in her final semester of a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in International Relations, and in her third semester of an M.P.A. with a concentration in Global Affairs and Security. Her interests include US foreign policy regarding international cooperation and global security and defense initiatives.
