Qingan Zhou is Assistant Professor and Director of the Public Diplomacy Research Program at Tsinghua University’s School of Journalism and Communications. He is a contributing commentator for China Central Television and has previously worked with Xinhua News Agency. Dr. Zhou received his M.A. and Ph.D. from Tsinghua University.
