Farewell Reflections: Norwegian and Finnish Ambassadors on Change, Challenges, and Future Ties
Ambassador Krutnes of the Royal Norwegian Embassy and Ambassador Hautala of the Embassy of Finland have spent the past four years in Washington, DC.
