Ahsan Iqbal Discusses Urbanization in Pakistan

In November 2013, Ahsan Iqbal, Pakistan's minister for planning, development, and reforms, and a top official in the country's ruling political party, gave a luncheon address as part of the Asia Program's all-day conference on Pakistan's urbanization challenges.
