Wilson Center President Jane Harman talks to CNN's Wolf Blitzer about the departure of David Petraeus as CIA Director and whether Congress should have been informed sooner.

"I hope that Congress will exercise its appropriate responsibility to get all the information but I am guessing when we are through with this investigation, there will be less than meets the eye."

"The outstanding people at the CIA and DoD are hard at work keeping the country safe and the message to them should be that the government stands behind them and to the extent there will be a transition, it will be orderly and there are very solid people being considered to replace Petraeus," said Jane Harman.
