The Balkans: Past and Future

Sep 16, 2014

Ljubica Acevska is a former Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to the United States.

Central to this are Macedonia's hopes for a regional economic revival. This in turn depends upon massive foreign aid and a program of Marshall Plan dimensions. Macedonian Ambassador Ljubica Acevska explains these points.
