Of Generals, Judges, and International Law: Pakistan's Constitutional Crisis and Implications for U.S. Policy

Pakistan’s constitutional crisis continues to destabilize the country’s fragile democracy, with serious implications for its partners. On the heels of her high-level visit to the country and with the publication of a new Crisis Group report, Aid and Conflict in Pakistan, Louise Arbour will discuss Pakistan’s rule-of-law crisis and the impact of international – especially U.S.  – policies and assistance. Jane Harman will host and provide additional comments about U.S. policies in Pakistan.
