The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership: A Regulatory Framework for the 21st Century
On 10 March, the fourth round of Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) negotiations between the European Union and the United States began in Brussels. This trade agreement is about more than just reducing tariff barriers; non-tariff barriers including regulatory issues are at TTIP's core.
