He Fan

He Fan is Deputy Director of Institute of World Economics and Politics in the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). A specialist on China’s macro-economy, international finance, and international political economy, Dr. He is the author or editor of 10 books and more than 100 papers in professional economics journals. He Fan is also an advisor to many Chinese government agencies and a regular commentator in Chinese and Western media. Dr. He received his Ph.D. from CASS and has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University.
