Kim Seung-Young

Kim Seung-Young, the Kim Senior Lecturer in the School of East Asian Studies at the University of Sheffield, was formerly a lecturer in politics and international relations at the University of Aberdeen. He is the author of  American Diplomacy and Strategy Toward Korea and Northeast Asia, 1882–1950 and After (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009) and has also published articles on Korean and Japanese diplomacy. Presently Kim is completing a book on diplomacy and statecraft in Northeast Asia.
