Full Biography
Sophie Houston, from Sydney, Australia, is an undergraduate student at Yale University majoring in Global Affairs with a certificate in Energy Studies. Her studies are focused on accelerating the global transition to net-zero emissions, with a focus on clean energy, global energy politics and Australian environmental policy. Apart from her academic pursuits, Sophie is on the Yale Varsity women’s crew team and a two-time member of the Australian U23 National Rowing team. She enjoys reading and hiking.
