The phrase you hear over and over again is tired, but not exhausted. Places like Kharkiv where we are right now, you look around and there's so many buildings that have been damaged. Different extents but they're not giving up. And over and over again is the sense that, yes, there's a lot that we have faced, but we'll keep going and keep going forward.

It's also why they reach out to Americans so much. They say, look, you know, we've got the resilience. We'll keep pushing forward. We want to know that you're with us with a little bit of help from the US. We can rebuild. We can make it better. So we are tired, but we're definitely not exhausted. If the US will stand at our side.
