On November 20, 2018—Dr. Monde Muyangwa Africa Program Director—and Dr. Cosmas Milton Obote Ochieng, the Director of the African Natural Resources Center (ANRC) at the African Development Bank Group met to explore potential opportunities for collaboration around issues related to natural resource governance and management in Africa.
Dr. Monde Muyangwa and Dr. Cosmas Milton Obote Ochieng were joined by Ms. Ruth Greenspan Bell, a Public Policy Fellow with the Environmental Change and Security Program.
