“The very first time I came to the Wilson Center it was to attend a luncheon with the Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland giving her first address in the United States as head of the WHO. From that day, I was impressed with ECSP’s ability to bring together thinkers and doers so they could understand and anticipate new, non-traditional foreign policy issues.”
