'A New Climate for Change: Taking Action on Climate Change and Fragility Risk' is an independent report commissioned by the G7 members and jointly authored by the Wilson Center. The report says that climate change is “a global threat to security” and goes on to suggest that “we must act quickly to limit future risks to the planet we share and the to the peace we seek.” We spoke to one of the report’s contributing authors to learn more about the challenges presented.
