The Kissinger Institute at the Wilson Center and the US-China Business Council are proud to present a virtual conference on “US-China Relations: Bridging Security and Economic Interests” from January 11- 14, 2021. It will be held from 11:00 am EST to 12:30 pm EST on each of the four days.
The conference is private, invitation-only and closed to the press. (Please see below to request an invitation.) The agenda covers statecraft, geopolitical challenges, climate change, technology, trade and investment, and Congressional relations with the Executive Branch.
Conference participants include representatives of American think tanks, academics, NGOs, trade associations, businesses, trade unions, Congressional members and staff, representatives of the Trump Administration, and representatives of the incoming Administration of President Elect Joe Biden.
For each session, the organizers are pairing Republicans and Democrats to discuss the nexus between America’s national security and economic interests vis-a-vis China. The event will produce three complementary sets of deliverables.
