David Lampton is the Dean of Faculty and director of China Studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. In response to the question, what if China fails, he's written a piece titled, "We'd better hope it doesn't." Douglas Besharov is a professor at the University of Maryland's School of Public Policy and director of the University's Center for International Policy Exchanges. Keeping with the economics theme, he's co-authored the article, "The Global Budget Race."
