This week on our final broadcast of 2012, Dialogue at the Wilson Center takes a look back at the year in review with the help of our Director, President, and CEO, Jane Harman. Congresswoman Harman discusses important issues and trends in U.S. foreign policy and looks ahead to the challenges we face in the new year. Then, during our CONTEXT feature, Cheng Li, Director of Research with the Brookings Institution’s John L. Thornton China Center, shares his thoughts on the likelihood of a new Cold War, this time between the U. S. and China.
