n 2012 the Kyoto Protocol to prevent climate change and global warming will expire. Next month the nations of the world will hold a climate conference in Denmark in an effort to hammer out a new agreement. As we look ahead to Copenhagen, in this Wilson Center Spotlight, we focus on the role of the Center's Environmental Change and Security Program.
