The Wilson Center’s Middle East Program serves as a crucial resource for the policymaking community and beyond, providing analyses and research that help inform US foreign policymaking, stimulate public debate, and expand knowledge about issues in the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Visiting Arab Journalist Program

The Middle East Program is pleased to announce the 2024 competition for the Wilson Center's Visiting Arab Journalist Program. One Arab, Middle Eastern or North African journalist will be selected to spend 3 months in residence at the Woodrow Wilson Center, in the heart of Washington, D.C., where they will carry out advanced, policy-oriented research and writing. This program is made possible by generous financial support provided by Dr. David Ottaway, Middle East Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center.

Agents of Change Youth Fellowship

Recognizing the significance of the MENA region when it comes to climate response and the potential for youth leadership in the region to shape a more sustainable, peaceful, and prosperous future for the world, the Wilson Center is launching an Agents of Change Youth Fellowship.
