Addison Emig was the Staff Intern with the Stafford Capacity Building Internship at the Wilson Center Africa Program for the Summer 2023 term. She is heading into her senior year at Loyola University of Chicago studying Political Science and Global Studies with a minor in Spanish. She is originally from Evansville, Indiana. Her primary academic interests are political violence and terrorism, which she hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in after undergrad.
