Wilson Center Project
"Normative Constraints in US and EU Intervention Policies. The Example of Post-War Bosnia-Herzegovina"
Project Summary
Taking the example of post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina, this project looks at motives international actors have when intervening in allegedly democratic and sovereign post-conflict states. Apart from practical considerations constraining such involvement, the project seeks to determine normative constraints that limit the scope of respective action by the two most important actors in this particular context: the United States and the European Union.
