Full Biography
Ainav is a Senior at Cornell University majoring in Government and minoring in Near Eastern Studies and Public Policy. Her research focuses on gender issues, militarization of police forces, and activism in MENA. For her Senior Thesis, Ainav conducted fieldwork in Israel, focusing on domestic violence prevention efforts. She is broadly interested in comparative public policy, and has honed in on this through her experience at the Human Rights Commission in Lusaka, Zambia, and through her internship with Congresswoman Grace Meng.
