With a career of more than 13 years in the public sector, she was Deputy General Director (Administrator) of Reliability Evaluation in the Tax Administration Service, Director of Evaluation in the Planning and Evaluation Unit in the National Security Commission and Director of Research and Prospective in the Information and Analysis Unit of the Federal Public Security Secretariat, among others. She also collaborated at the Universidad Iberoamericana campus in Mexico City, as Head of the Strategic Information Office. Subsequently, she has collaborated in COMEXI facilitating a variety of projects.
She has a degree in History from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UNAM, a Master in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Master in Communication from Johns Hopkins University, in addition to having studies in Intelligence for National Security, Political Image, Negotiation and various forms of written communication. In his professional and academic career, she has specialized in various aspects of security, with emphasis on influence and information operations and their political and social impacts, topics on which she has written in different academic publications.
