Alejandra Spitalier

Lawyer graduated from the Free School of Law. Her professional career began in the private sector as a lawyer specializing in constitutional litigation strategies. Later, in the public sector, she served for eight years as Secretary of Study and Account Coordinator of Presentations at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

In this position, he was responsible for integrating the jurisdictional and administrative teams of Minister Arturo Zaldívar's presentation, participating directly in the sentences handed down during the minister's jurisdictional function; The same ones that constitute the most important precedents of the SCJN of the last 15 years and that continue to be an obligatory reference for the protection of the human rights of all Mexicans.

From January 2019 to December 2022, she held the position of General Secretary of the Presidency of the Supreme Court. In this position, she was responsible for the restructuring of the administrative areas of our High Court and the Federal Judiciary Council. Likewise, she was the designer and manager of the projects “Online Trial of the Federal Judicial Branch” and “Legal Search of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.” These projects were respectively awarded First and Third Place in the 2021 Innovation and Transparency Contest, from the National Institute of Transparency and Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data.
