Ariel G. Ruiz Soto is a Policy Analyst at the Migration Policy Institute, where he works with the U.S. Immigration Policy Program. He also manages MPI's internship program. His research focuses on the impact of U.S. immigration policies on immigrants and other populations, and the interaction between U.S., Mexican, and Central American migration policies.
