Armando Chaguaceda

Armando Chaguaceda (1975) is a historian and political scientist, and the Principal Researcher in NGO Government and Political Analysis (GAPAC). He has specialized in the study of democratization and autocratization processes in Latin America and Russia. He is the compiler and co-author of six books and the author of around thirty academic articles on the aforementioned topics.
