Armenak Ohanesian is the head of Legal Studies at the Institute for Conflict Studies and Analysis of Russia (IKAR), Kyiv, and a 2024 Non-Resident Fellow with the Irregular Warfare Initiative, a joint production of Princeton’s Empirical Studies of Conflict Project and the Modern War Institute at West Point.
